By participating in the Scholarship scheme and qualifying in it students will have eligibility to receive an award of scholarship amount distributed according to the standard and subject/courses they are going to register for. This national-Level test is vaguely known as National Talent Search Examination under which, the final list of qualifiers is prepared after conducting both the Stages.

NTSE Scholarship Cut Off Marks 2020

Points to Marks:

There is no negative marking according to which final NTSE Scholarship Cut Off shall be prepared. State territories will be responsible to ensure the minimum qualifying marks in both the tests separately. The minimum qualifying marks for General category are 40% while for the SC/ST Category, it is set to 32% only.

Unlike Stage I exams, the stage II test was held on the same day by NCERT. Consisting of 100 marks each, the MAT and SAT had an equal number of questions. Since the tests are OMR answer sheet based, the same is evaluated through the computer.
