Candidates belonging to the categories of SC and ST are eligible to apply provided they meet eh following conditions.
Parental annual income must be below Rs. 2 Lakh.
Candidates hailing from BC categories must have annual parental income below Rs. 1.5 Lakh (Rural Regions) and Rs. 2 Lakhs (Urban Regions).

Each student must retain at least 75% attendance at the end of each quarter.

They are registered with an Open University or self-financed or Part-time Degree/Diploma courses MBBS or BDS or Intermediate.

Post Matric Courses approved by University/Board with a one-year duration which are Professional Courses in Medicine, Engineering and Technology, Management, Architecture, Veterinary, and Allied Sciences, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Science and Commerce Pilot License Courses.

All the graduate level, Postgraduate, and Doctoral-level courses are regular.

Group III:

Degree programs that are not listed in Group I and II.

Group IV:

Intermediate, ITI and ITCs.

Note: TS EPASS Post Matric Scholarship can’t be entertained if the students are enrolled in training courses.
