Age Limit:

  • Interested candidates for this must birth on after 1st October 1992 for General Candidates
  • For reserved categories, it is 1st October 1987.

Education Qualification:

  • Those applicants who have to qualify the higher secondary in the year of 2015 and 2016 are eligible for this JEE Main.
  • For this applicant must get scored 50% in an aggregation of Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics.
  • Interested candidates must have minimum 5 subjects in the higher secondary standard.
  • The candidate has minimum 3 attempts to qualify for JEE Main examination.
  • All of the  Candidates who have a diploma degree (3 years) can also apply for JEE Main 2018 examination.

Paper I:

  • Courses: Engineering courses mainly in B.Tech/BE.
  • Total Questions: This Exam Carries 90 MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions).
  • Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • Language: Paper will be set in both Hindi, English (students can select while filling the application form)
  • Time Duration: 3 hours (180 Minutes)  (4 hours for the candidates having 40% or more disability)
  • Marking Scheme: 4 marks for each correct response.
  • Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

  • Courses: Mainly from Architecture course i.e. B.Arch.

  • Subjects: Mathematics, Aptitude, Drawing.
  • Language: Both Hindi, English
  • Duration: Time duration of this exam is 3 hours (180 Minutes). (4 hours for the candidates having 40% or more disability)
  • Marking Scheme: Candidates will get 4 marks for each correct response (2 questions of drawing will carry 70 marks).
  • Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
