The NEET Exam 2018 is important to secure admission in MBBS/BDS courses in private and government courses. This entrance exam conducted by CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education). Candidates waiting for their results eagerly must know that the official answer key and OMR sheet will be released by the end of May 2018. They must know that the answer keys will help them to expect their upcoming result. So that they can prepare themselves for further admission process accordingly. The applicants can also challenge the official answer keys if they found any discrepancy in any question.
Note: The applicants have to pay Rs 1000 for every challenging question.
The amount will be refundable only if the officials accept the challenge. And the authority will then release the revised NEET Answer Key for all the candidates. Applicants if failed to pass their challenged question then only will get their amount refunded. No amount will be refunded if they have challenged a wrong question.
How To Get Unofficial NEET Answer Keys Downloaded?
The applicants can get their answer key of NEET exam downloaded following some important steps. If the applicant wants to check their answers thoroughly then they can also take a copy of their answer keys. The answer keys will be released code-wise by Aakash, Allen Kota, and Resonance.

- Visit the official website of Aakash, Allen Kota and Resonance
- The candidates will get a link relevant to download answer keys
- Answer keys will be available there in the form of PDF.
The candidates can download it and check their attempted answers thoroughly. Below is mentioned the whole process of calculating their marks accordingly. The applicants can go through it thoroughly as it will help them calculating their scores according to the NEET exam marking scheme set by CBSE.

Marking scheme for NEET Exam:
The candidates must follow these points thoroughly while they calculate their marks for expecting their upcoming result.
- 4 marks will be allotted for every correct answer
- -1 mark will be deducted for every wrong attempt
- And no marks will be allotted if the candidates have not attempted the answers.
The candidates must tick their attempted answers on their question paper so that they can check their answers easily. Before start checking their answers the applicants must check his/her code of paper. As to avoid the chance of crosschecking their answers by the wrong answer key. While cross-checking the answers the applicants must avoid every type of distraction so that they may get the correct scores.
NOTE: The NEET 2018 question paper will include 180 MCQs and each question will have four options. If any of the candidates have marked more than one option then that answer would be considered wrong.
